Refund Policy
We do not support returns and exchanges, but we do support replenishment.
Replenishment can only be replenished if the goods we actually send and your order do not match.
Before exchanging the goods, you need to inform us by email hoynail284@gmail.com within 5 days of confirming the receipt of the goods displayed in the logistics information.
After this period, we will no longer accept the replenishment service.
(1) It is necessary to take a complete picture of the packaging and product (including but not limited to the complete packaging bag with the order number,
the products neatly placed next to it, and a clear paper order).
(2) Tell us the product name and quantity you are missing.
(3) Tell us whether the replenished goods will be sent to you separately or together with the next order.
If it is shipped together with the next order, you need to tell us your order number immediately after placing the order.
